Review: Auroras Venezuelan Food

Life isn’t perfect but Auroras Venezuelan dishes might be. Venezuelan cuisine is a culmination of diverse cuisines and owes its variety to many influences, including West African, Native American, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and French. With their tingling spices, exotic flavors, and sumptuous sweet meals, Venezuelan foods have become favorites all around the world.

You are just in luck to experience all of these unique flavors here in Austin at her food truck located in the Domain. Do yourself a favor by going out and treating yourself to some of her jaw-dropping bites and tell her I said hello.

This Arepa is stuffed with Gouda Cheese, Mano Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Black Beans, Sweet Plantains and Shredded Pork.

This Cachapa is a fresh sweet Corncake with a Mano Cheese filling which was my favorite.
